Acceptable Use Policy

Create responsibly

Use CloneCut only if you are 18 or older. Upload videos and images you own or are authorized to process, including appropriate permission from people depicted. Apply these rules to uploads, prompts and generated results. You are responsible for checking your output before publishing it and for any rights required for commercial use.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexualized nudity, sexual services, or content intended for sexual gratification, including AI-generated content.
• Any sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors, including fictional or generated depictions.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual face swaps, undressing, harassment, stalking, threats or exploitation.
• Deceptive impersonation, fraud, fabricated evidence, or presenting an altered person as making a real endorsement without authorization.
• Graphic gore, terrorist promotion, incitement to violence, hate targeting protected groups, or other unlawful material.
• Copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity-rights infringement; bypassing safety checks, access restrictions or account enforcement.

Screening and enforcement

CloneCut screens editing instructions for explicit prohibited requests before submitting new generations. Generation providers may also reject unsafe materials. Automated screening is imperfect and does not certify that an upload or result is safe or lawful. Do not submit prohibited material even if an automated check does not detect it.

We review reports and may request information, warn users, restrict generation access, or remove access to content where appropriate. Repeated or serious violations may result in termination. Generation restrictions do not automatically cancel subscription renewal: contact support@clonecut.app to cancel renewal. Applicable refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Report content or appeal a restriction

Email support@clonecut.app or open a support ticket. Include the task ID or relevant URL, the issue, and how we can contact you. For rights complaints, explain your rights and identify the material involved. Do not send illegal sexual imagery or sensitive identity documents with your report.

We review the report, request further context where needed, and communicate the outcome or required action through the same support channel. If you believe a request was blocked incorrectly or an account restriction is mistaken, reply with the task ID and an explanation to request a review. Provide only the information needed to assess the issue.

Credits and payments

Requests blocked before a new generation is created do not consume generation credits. Confirmed technical failures return task credits under our Terms of Service. A policy decision does not promise an automatic cash refund; contact support for billing disputes or applicable statutory rights.
